Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are not eligible for a refund:

  • License Expiry: If the software license has expired or the subscription period has ended.
  • Usage-Based Products: Features sold by credits, hours, or transactions (e.g., SMS, Payment Gateway) that have been fully used.
  • Beyond Refund Period: Refund requests made after 30 days from the initial purchase date.
  • Third-Party API Service: Products that include SMS services, payment gateway integration, or third-party APIs are non-refundable once such services have been activated or used, regardless of the time elapsed. Similarly, consumable items such as credits or points are non-refundable once consumed, even if they haven’t expired.
  • Product Suggestion Mismatch: Refunds are not issued if the software doesn't meet personal expectations. Free trials are recommended.
  • Unauthorized Payments & Fraud: Contact your bank or payment provider for unauthorized transactions.
  • Delayed Confirmation Emails: If the order email isn’t received within one hour, contact our support team instead of requesting a refund.
  • Incorrect Product Purchase: No refunds if the wrong product is bought and a correct one is later purchased from a different provider.
  • Regional Price Differences: No refunds for regional price variations.
  • Partial Refunds for Bundles: No partial refunds for bundles; full refunds may be considered if the correct product is repurchased.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted due to a change of mind after purchase.
  • Subscription Renewal: Refunds for auto-renewals due to oversight (e.g., “forgot to cancel”) will not be honored. Renewal reminders are sent 15 days prior.
  • Technical Issues Without Cooperation: Refunds will not be issued if customers do not provide issue details or cooperate with support.
  • Third-Party Purchases: Refunds must be handled by the reseller or marketplace per their policy.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Accidental Add-On Purchases: Add-on services purchased unintentionally may be refunded.
  • Incorrect Product Purchase: If you purchase the wrong product and repurchase the correct one from Abhinaba, the incorrect one may be refunded.
  • Duplicate Purchases: Duplicate transactions will be refunded.
  • Non-Delivery of Confirmation Email: If no confirmation email is received within 24 hours and no response from support after another 24 hours, a refund may be processed.
  • Technical Failure: If a product has a critical technical issue unresolved after 15 days, a refund may be processed upon request.

Refund Process & License Deactivation

  • Submit refund requests via our support team at info@abhinaba.in.
  • Once approved, the license will be deactivated immediately. Please uninstall the software from your devices.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
